Your Tutor

About your tutor.
I have been qualified as a maths teacher since 2017, and have been tutoring ever since. Working with pupils to improve their confidence and supporting them to achieve a grade they are proud of is the best bit about my job. I will be here every step of the way to support you through your maths GCSE revision, so that you know exactly how to revise maths.

Why did I start 'how to revise maths'?

Over the past few years I have been tutoring, two things really stood out to me:

1. One thing my students tell me all the time is that they just don't know how to revise maths independently. For a lot of people, one of the hardest parts of revising maths at home is not knowing where to start. I created 'how to revise maths' to give my students everything they need to revise for their maths GCSE in one place, so they know exactly how to get started.

2. I also noticed that when it came to completing past papers, a lot of students found the questions really overwhelming. They didn't know how to answer the questions as they were just not used to the way the questions were asked in an exam. I’ve always thought it would be so beneficial if once being taught a topic, you could go through all the previously asked exam questions to develop your understanding, and your exam skills. But I could never find all of the past paper questions split by topic - so I sorted them myself!

MY PROMISE

I will do everything I can to support you to get the grade you deserve.

Every Monday morning you will receive an email from me. I'll let you know what topics the revision lessons are covering and what revision I would suggest for the week ahead.

I'm always here to help! Request a revision lesson anytime, or post a question you are struggling with on the Q&A page. You can even arrange a one-to-one session if you need additional support.

Still not sure? Have a look at the testimonials. I have helped hundreds of students build their confidence and get the grade they want in their maths GCSE.
